You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

You agree not to use VideoSpaceship to:

  • Upload, share, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Upload any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service.

4. Video Ownership

You retain all of your ownership rights in the content you upload to VideoSpaceship. By uploading content, you grant VideoSpaceship a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display that content solely in connection with providing the service to you and your chosen recipients.

5. Liability

VideoSpaceship is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VideoSpaceship shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VideoSpaceship operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
